We interviewed Danny Lennon from Ireland. We came across Danny’s work through his awesome and well known podcast, Sigma Nutrition. We’ve learned a great deal through his podcast as he’s interviewed a lot respected fitness experts so we highly recommend checking it out below.

Another cool thing is we have been listening to his podcast the past year to learn from him, his interview style, the great questions he asks, the sound quality, etc. We knew we wanted to start a podcast but we weren’t ready a year ago so Danny’s show was one of the ones we studied for a year.
