Nowadays in the fitness industry it's hard to find honest people with integrity and sound advice. The Dynamic Duo twins are apart of the small group of people that uses an evidence based approach. They are down to earth funny guys who tell it how it is. In there podcasts they don't hold back and provide good information that's different from other fitness podcasts. My favorite podcast of there's so far has been the Eric Helms interview. If you want to hear other stuff besides just the science behind fitness, listen to there podcast! You're going to get great insight on the work ethic that it takes to be successful!

Sooo... I'm a #TeamNorton athlete. I've been with Layne for almost 2 years. I am a certified trainer and have been in this field for almost 3 years, and am currently working on my Nutrition certification! So my knowledge on subject has come from what Layne has taught me. All that being said, I tend to be skeptical, and a bit picky on who I listen to about training and nutrition. This Podcast you two have going is OUTSTANDING! The delivery of facts and philosophy driven by science you two have is understandable to those who are wanting to learn, while stimulating to those who have the same philosophy. Your snaps, Facebook, podcast, and Instagram reinforce sustainable training and nutrition!! Keep the podcast coming, because we are listening!!

Hey guys!!! Hope you're doing well! 🙂 I needed to share...well more so thank you for the newest Podcast about how to manage anxiety. This has been a very rough summer that came with so many changes. It's only the last week or so that I was able to grasp a handle with my "inner demons".
