It’s rare when we put out two episodes in the same week, but to be 100% honest, I (Chris) couldn’t wait to get this one out to you.

It’s funny, Eric doesn’t even know I’m putting this all together, he thinks we are putting it out next week (yup I’m the sneakier twin. Lol).

On a serious note, the past decade we have really come to realize that in order for you to have a successful and long term fitness journey, you have to develop your mindset just like you would your body.

A lot of us miss this, but the best analogy I can give you is our brain is like a muscle, it needs to have a mental workout to be sharper, quicker, and more nimble. Just like your body needs progressive resistance training to get stronger and grow.

I can pretty much guarantee you that once you listen to this episode, you will see why we are so big on developing your mindset. Plus, we have some great practical tips for you to try immediately after listening to this.
