Ladies and gents we had the great honor to interview the awesome Nia Shanks. We’ve been supporters of Nia’s “Lift Like a Girl” movement for a while now. We love that she embraces lifting heavy, balance, and becoming the most awesome and strongest version of yourself.

What drew us to Nia was we advocate a similar approach to fitness with our clients so we thought it would be great to have Nia on and talk about her philosophies and lifestyle.

Aside from her badass movement, she is a writer and strength coach. So we made sure to talk with Nia about what she’s been up to in those avenues.
