Brian is a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, has a Pain-Free Strength and Conditioning Certification, and a Sports Nutrition Certification from ACE. He spent 3 months studying Emotional & Mindfulness education via Inner Matrix Systems, and has 12 years of experience in strength training, bodybuilding, and performance coaching.
Lindsey is a NASM Nutrition Specialist Certification, has received a Health Mindset Coaching Certification studied under PhD Kasey Jo Orvidas, completed 6 months of Emotional & Mindfulness education via Inner Matrix Systems, has 7 years of experience in strength training, bodybuilding, and athletic training and has 7 years of experience in 1:1 fitness and performance coaching.
