Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 10 Rules and How to Apply them to Lifestyle and Fitness

We read Arnold Schwarzenegger’s autobiography “Total Recall” and it had a big impact on us, specifically where Arnold talks about his 10 rules.

In his book, Arnold said:

“Every time I meet a great person- and I never pass up the chance- I try and ask how they made good and to figure out the angle that has worked for them. I know that there are a thousand keys to success and I love distilling new rules from my experiences and theirs.”

His first 5 rules are the following:

  1. Never Let Pride Get in Your Way
  2. Don’t Overthink
  3. Forget Plan B
  4. You Can Use Outrageous Humor to Settle a Score
  5. The Day Has 24 Hours
