What’s up everybody! Can you guess who we interviewed this week? Scruffy beard, strong as hell, bright as hell, likes beer, and all around nice guy…Any guesses?

In episode 27 we interview the one, the only, and the awesome Greg Nuckols. Greg is a coach, powerlifter, writer, and educator. He’s one of the leaders in the fitness industry and runs a very informative-science based blog by the name of “Strength Theory.”

We have a great deal of respect for Greg’s science based approach, writing, sharing information, and being such a cool guy while doing it all.

Without further ado, let’s get to know Greg.
